Senior Project Manager – Preparation of Construction
Main responsibilities
- Liability for the overall management of a development project from technical and organization perspective
- Ongoing review of all partial stages of a project
- Management of work of individual designers and sub-suppliers
- Coordination and control of a project in cooperation with relevant departments of the organization
- Communication with investors – checking and continuous assessment of the technical and economical aspects of a project
- Contact with relevant authorities – compliance with technical rules and standards
Requirements
- University degree – major at construction or architecture
- Experience as a main project engineer or a project manager of a big project
- Practice in designing or project management of large apartment buildings
- Project skills and extensive expertise
- Managerial and communicative skills
