Praha dosud pracovala pouze s\u00a0\u00fa\u010detn\u00ed hodnotou sv\u00fdch pozemk\u016f, kter\u00e1 je mnohem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Pra\u017esk\u00e1 developersk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost hodl\u00e1 oce\u0148ovat sv\u00e9 realitn\u00ed portfolio pravideln\u011b jednou ro\u010dn\u011b, jak je to b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 u priv\u00e1tn\u00edch spr\u00e1vc\u016f nemovit\u00e9ho majetku. Stanoven\u00ed tr\u017en\u00ed hodnoty nemovitost\u00ed k nim jednozna\u010dn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed a nap\u0159\u00edklad otev\u0159en\u00e9 pod\u00edlov\u00e9 realitn\u00ed fondy jej ze z\u00e1kona prov\u00e1d\u00ed dvakr\u00e1t ro\u010dn\u011b. P\u0159esn\u00e1 a aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed data jsou z\u00e1kladem pro ka\u017ed\u00e9 na\u0161e strategick\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e se t\u00fdk\u00e1 jednotliv\u00fdch lokalit, nebo sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho pozemkov\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed jako celku,<\/em>\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek<\/strong>, prvn\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hl. m.
