Jde o prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st budouc\u00edho nov\u00e9ho centra \u010dtvrti Na Hut\u00edch, kter\u00e1 se rozroste o m\u011bstsk\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed, kompletn\u00ed ob\u010danskou vybavenost a n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed s obchody a slu\u017ebami. Investi\u010dn\u00ed akci schv\u00e1lila Rada Hl. m. Prahy a Investi\u010dn\u00ed expertn\u00ed v\u00fdbor na doporu\u010den\u00ed PDS. Krit\u00e9rii v\u0161ech v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdch \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro chystanou m\u011bstskou v\u00fdstavbu jsou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kvalita n\u00e1vrhu budov a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho prostoru, dlouhodob\u00e1 environment\u00e1ln\u00ed a ekonomick\u00e1 udr\u017eitelnost a efektivita vyu\u017eit\u00ed dan\u00e9ho pozemku. Nab\u00eddky dle zad\u00e1n\u00ed zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9ho v\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/tenderarena.cz\/dodavatel\/seznam-profilu-zadavatelu\/detail\/Z0004761\/zakazka\/475685\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tender ar\u00e9n\u011b<\/a><\/span><\/span> je mo\u017en\u00e9 pod\u00e1vat do 10. ledna 2022. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Chceme, aby sou\u010dasn\u00e1 m\u011bstsk\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba nab\u00edzela nejen p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 interi\u00e9ry, ale aby svou architektonickou kvalitou vytv\u00e1\u0159ela p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Architektura budov ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m z\u00e1jmu (\u0161kol, knihoven, sportovn\u00edch hal, komunitn\u00edch center) a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho prostoru okolo nich z\u00e1sadn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje vztah lid\u00ed k\u00a0dan\u00e9mu m\u00edstu. Jak se v\u00a0n\u011bm c\u00edt\u00ed a jak ho berou za sv\u00e9. Jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den, \u017ee d\u00edky projekt\u016fm PDS vytvo\u0159\u00edme p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde se lidem bude dob\u0159e \u017e\u00edt,<\/em>\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek<\/strong>, prvn\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hl. m. Prahy pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj.<\/p>\n<p>Vypisovan\u00e1 v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed PDS \u0159\u00edd\u00ed z\u00e1sadami odpov\u011bdn\u00e9ho ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, k\u00a0nim\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed Politika architektury a stavebn\u00ed kultury \u010cR (MMR, 2015), Davosk\u00e1 deklarace (2018) a Zad\u00e1n\u00ed investora pro m\u011bstskou bytovou v\u00fdstavbu (IPR + PDS, 2020). Krit\u00e9rii v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro chystanou municip\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdstavbu jsou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kvalita n\u00e1vrhu budov a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho prostoru, dlouhodob\u00e1 environment\u00e1ln\u00ed a ekonomick\u00e1 udr\u017eitelnost, hospod\u00e1rnost a efektivita vyu\u017eit\u00ed dan\u00e9ho pozemku.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>V\u00fdstavba mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161kolky s\u00a0t\u011blocvi\u010dnou a komunitn\u00edm centrem je velmi pot\u0159eba a je na\u0161\u00ed prioritou. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je kl\u00ed\u010dem k\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmu rozvoji cel\u00e9 oblasti Na Hut\u00edch, kde m\u011bsto Praha p\u0159ipravuje n\u00e1jemn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed. Pl\u00e1nujeme, \u017ee vedle \u0161kolky s\u00a0t\u011blocvi\u010dnou, kter\u00e9 postav\u00ed hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto, na\u0161e m\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st vybuduje d\u011btsk\u00e9 h\u0159i\u0161t\u011b se s\u00e1\u0148kovac\u00edm kopcem. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee \u0161kolku a v\u0161echna d\u011btsk\u00e1 sportovi\u0161t\u011b otev\u0159eme co nejd\u0159\u00edve<\/em>,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Radek Vondra<\/strong>, m\u00edstostarosta M\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha 14.<\/p>\n<p>Mate\u0159sk\u00e1 \u0161kolka s t\u011blocvi\u010dnou a komunitn\u00edm centrem vyroste na pozemku pod\u00e9l ulice Sicherova o celkov\u00e9 plo\u0161e 3 500 m<sup>2<\/sup>, z\u00a0n\u00ed\u017e by m\u011blo b\u00fdt zastav\u011bno celkem 1 000 m<sup>2<\/sup>. Vzhledem k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed pozemku je pln\u011b v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0platn\u00fdm \u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nem a m\u00e1 podporu v\u0161ech z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch, bude sdru\u017eena \u017e\u00e1dost o \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed a stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed. Zah\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00fdstavby se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 \u2013 n\u00e1sledn\u011b po obdr\u017een\u00fdch v\u0161ech povolen\u00ed \u2013 v\u00a0roce 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Vyps\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm krokem na cest\u011b k\u00a0rozvoji lokality Na Hut\u00edch. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee na na\u0161e dal\u0161\u00ed projekty budou brzy n\u00e1sledovat. Zve\u0159ej\u0148ovat je budeme zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0Tender ar\u00e9n\u011b a na na\u0161ich webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch. Nastavujeme novou kvalitu standard\u016f, komplexn\u00edho zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed a realizace zak\u00e1zek v\u00a0oblasti m\u011bstsk\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby. P\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhy a nab\u00eddky budou posuzov\u00e1ny a vyhodnocov\u00e1ny komplexn\u011b, se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm d\u016frazem na rovnov\u00e1hu v\u0161ech projektov\u00fdch aspekt\u016f. Na\u0161e stavby budou slou\u017eit desetilet\u00ed, a proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby m\u011bly architektonickou kvalitu, byly p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 k\u00a0lidem a \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed, \u00fa\u010deln\u00e9 a hospod\u00e1rn\u00e9,<\/em>\u201c uzav\u00edr\u00e1 <strong>Petr Urb\u00e1nek<\/strong>, \u0159editel Pra\u017esk\u00e9 developersk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projekt PDS Na Hut\u00edch, Praha 14<\/strong>. M\u011bstsk\u00e9 pozemky v\u00a0lokalit\u011b Na Hut\u00edch v\u00a0Praze \u2013 Kyj\u00edch maj\u00ed rozlohu 58 000 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0a po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se zde s\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou n\u00e1jemn\u00edch byt\u016f v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch typech dom\u016f, s ob\u010danskou vybavenost\u00ed v podob\u011b mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161koly a centra maloobchodu a slu\u017eeb. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektu je i vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 infrastruktury, kter\u00e1 spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v \u00faprav\u00e1ch ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prostranstv\u00ed, dobudov\u00e1n\u00ed dopravn\u00ed a technick\u00e9 infrastruktury a p\u0159elo\u017eek in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fdch s\u00edt\u00ed.\u00a0Projekt Na Hut\u00edch, kter\u00fd nab\u00eddne v z\u00e1vislosti na zm\u011bn\u011b \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu 180 a\u017e 520 byt\u016f, by m\u011bl b\u00fdt realizov\u00e1n v\u00a0horizontu 5 a\u017e 10 let (do roku 2030).<\/p>\n<p><span
