V projektu se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s cca 50 m\u011bstsk\u00fdmi n\u00e1jemn\u00edmi byty a s maloobchodn\u00edmi prostory um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdmi v p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed. Projekt je samostatnou investi\u010dn\u00ed akc\u00ed schv\u00e1lenou jej\u00edm Investi\u010dn\u00edm expertn\u00edm v\u00fdborem a Radou hl. m. Prahy. Kompletn\u00ed dokumentace u\u017e\u0161\u00ed architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee o n\u00e1vrh polyfunk\u010dn\u00edho domu v Praze 5 je k dispozici na profilu PDS v<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tenderarena.cz\/dodavatel\/seznam-profilu-zadavatelu\/detail\/Z0004761\/zakazka\/499161\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\">Tender ar\u00e9n\u011b<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u017d\u00e1dosti o \u00fa\u010dast v\u00a0sout\u011b\u017ei spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0portfoliem referen\u010dn\u00edch zak\u00e1zek je mo\u017en\u00e9 pod\u00e1vat do<\/strong> <strong>21. b\u0159ezna 2022 do 12 hodin. Posouzen\u00ed portfoli\u00ed z\u00a0pohledu celkov\u00e9 architektonick\u00e9 kvality je pln\u011b v\u00a0kompetenci poroty, kter\u00e1 je slo\u017een\u00e1 ze z\u00e1stupc\u016f PDS, Magistr\u00e1tu HMP, M\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha 5 a d\u00e1le nez\u00e1visl\u00fdch renomovan\u00fdch architekt\u016f. P\u0159edsedou poroty byl zvolen doc. Ing. arch. Boris Red\u010denkov. P\u011bt vybran\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f do konce \u010dervna 2022 zpracuje sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy, kter\u00e9 odborn\u00e1 porota zhodnot\u00ed a ur\u010d\u00ed po\u0159ad\u00ed. PDS p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee budou ozn\u00e1meny v\u00a0srpnu 2022.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eProjekt na rozhran\u00ed ulic V\u00a0Botanice a Matou\u0161ova se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00a0exponovan\u00e9 lokalit\u011b Portheimka v\u00a0\u0161ir\u0161\u00edm centru Prahy. Jedn\u00e1 se o dostavbu rohov\u00e9 proluky m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho bloku, kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed na hlavn\u00ed sm\u00edchovsk\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b a na v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 k\u0159i\u017eovatce, a proto jsme se rozhodli vyhl\u00e1sit architektonickou sout\u011b\u017e. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed vzniknou prostory pro maloobchod a slu\u017eby, v\u00a0nadzemn\u00edch podla\u017e\u00edch m\u011bstsk\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00ed byty ur\u010den\u00e9 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro tzv. preferovan\u00e9 profese, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed chod a slu\u017eby m\u011bsta,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek<\/strong>, prvn\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hl. m. Prahy pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj. \u00a0\u00a0<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>V\u0161echna v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee vypisovan\u00e9 PDS se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed z\u00e1sadami odpov\u011bdn\u00e9ho ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, k\u00a0nim\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed Politika architektury a stavebn\u00ed kultury \u010cR (MMR, 2015), Davosk\u00e1 deklarace (2018) a Zad\u00e1n\u00ed investora pro m\u011bstskou bytovou v\u00fdstavbu (IPR + PDS, 2020).<\/p>\n<p>Sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy budou hodnoceny z\u00a0t\u011bchto hledisek: urbanistick\u00e9 a architektonick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, pozitivn\u00ed vliv na okoln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, soulad s\u00a0charakterem lokality, funk\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, energeticko-provozn\u00ed hospod\u00e1rnost. Ceny a n\u00e1hrady v\u00fdloh v\u00a0sout\u011b\u017ei jsou stanoveny na 1,9 mil.
