Prahy, na nich\u017e Pra\u017esk\u00e1 developersk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost (PDS) p\u0159ipravuje projekty m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1jemn\u00edho bydlen\u00ed, jsou Nov\u00e9 Dvory na Praze 4. Impulsem prom\u011bny cel\u00e9 t\u00e9to oblasti je v\u00fdstavba nov\u00e9 stanice metra linky D, okolo kter\u00e9 vznikne nov\u00e9 pulsuj\u00edc\u00ed centrum. Jeho sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bude bytov\u00fd soubor Jalov\u00fd Dv\u016fr, kter\u00fd PDS p\u0159ipravuje na pozemc\u00edch mezi ulicemi Libu\u0161sk\u00e1 a Kunratick\u00e1. Projekt je samostatnou investi\u010dn\u00ed akc\u00ed schv\u00e1lenou jej\u00edm Investi\u010dn\u00edm expertn\u00edm v\u00fdborem a Radou hl. m. Prahy. V r\u00e1mci vypisovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed PDS hled\u00e1 zpracovatele architektonick\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu m\u011bstsk\u00e9 bytov\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby. Kompletn\u00ed dokumentace otev\u0159en\u00e9ho zad\u00e1vac\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je k dispozici na profilu PDS v <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tenderarena.cz\/dodavatel\/seznam-profilu-zadavatelu\/detail\/Z0004761\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\">Tender ar\u00e9n\u011b<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a><strong>. Nab\u00eddky je mo\u017en\u00e9 pod\u00e1vat do 7. dubna 2022 do 12 hodin.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>\u201e<em>Pozemky, kter\u00e9 hl. m. Praha v\u00a0lokalit\u011b Nov\u00e9 Dvory vlastn\u00ed, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed vybudovat nejen novou stanici metra D, ale tak\u00e9 nov\u00e9 lok\u00e1ln\u00ed centrum. Pln\u011b respektujeme reziden\u010dn\u00ed charakter t\u00e9to lokality a vhodn\u011b ji dopln\u00edme o v\u00fdstavbu m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed a ve\u0161ker\u00e9 ob\u010dansk\u00e9 vybavenosti (obchody, slu\u017eby, \u0161kolku a z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kolu, kulturn\u00ed a sportovn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed), kter\u00e1 bude \u0161etrn\u00e1 k\u00a0\u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Velk\u00fd d\u016fraz klademe na p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 prostranstv\u00ed a jejich propojen\u00ed s\u00a0budouc\u00edmi sportovi\u0161ti a parkem, dne\u0161n\u00ed Jalodvorskou loukou. Prahy pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj. <em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed f\u00e1ze projektu Jalov\u00fd Dv\u016fr se chyst\u00e1 na pozemc\u00edch 3129\/1, 3129\/2 a 3129\/3 v katastr\u00e1ln\u00edm \u00fazem\u00ed Praha \u2013 Kr\u010d. Projekt se bude skl\u00e1dat z n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00edch \u0159adov\u00fdch domk\u016f, bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f nebo jejich kombinace a p\u0159irozen\u011b nav\u00e1\u017ee na ji\u017e existuj\u00edc\u00ed okoln\u00ed bytovou z\u00e1stavbu. \u201e<em>M\u011bstsk\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00ed byty budou ur\u010deny p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro preferovan\u00e9 profese, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed chod a slu\u017eby m\u011bsta. Krit\u00e9rii zad\u00e1vac\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jsou zku\u0161enosti realiza\u010dn\u00edho t\u00fdmu, jejich ocen\u011bn\u00ed v\u00a0architektonick\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00edch a nab\u00eddkov\u00e1 cena.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eVybran\u00fd architekt bude m\u00edt d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd \u00fakol naplnit strategick\u00e9 c\u00edle PDS tj. navrhnout a prov\u00e9st v\u0161echny \u010dinnosti vedouc\u00ed k\u00a0rychl\u00e9mu z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed stavebn\u00edho povolen\u00ed formou odborn\u00e9ho integrovan\u00e9ho a holistick\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu projektu. A d\u00e1le zohlednit efektivn\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed pozemku a samotn\u00e9 stavby, minimalizaci provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f a n\u00e1klad\u016f na \u00fadr\u017ebu. Tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt materi\u00e1ly \u0161etrn\u00e9 k\u00a0\u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed a spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed po\u017eadavky tzv. cirkul\u00e1rn\u00ed ekonomiky, umo\u017enit \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed vodou (pr\u00e1ci s\u00a0de\u0161\u0165ovou vodou a vyu\u017eit\u00ed tzv. \u0161ed\u00e9 odpadn\u00ed vody) a \u00faspory energi\u00ed (vhodnou orientac\u00ed budovy, instalac\u00ed tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel \u010di um\u00edst\u011bn\u00edm fotovoltaick\u00fdch panel\u016f). C\u00edlem je, aby v\u00fdstavba p\u0159isp\u011bla k\u00a0pln\u011bn\u00ed klimatick\u00e9ho z\u00e1vazku HMP a splnila sou\u010dasn\u00e9 legislativn\u00ed po\u017eadavky na budovy s\u00a0t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nulovou spot\u0159ebou energie, tzv.
