To u\u017e je dnes v \u00faseku metra od stanice Pankr\u00e1c \u2013 Depo P\u00edsnice zbyte\u010dn\u00e9. Stavba m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 p\u0159esn\u00e9 parametry dan\u00e9 stavebn\u00edm povolen\u00edm a jej\u00ed v\u00fdstavba u\u017e byla zah\u00e1jena. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, m\u011bsto tedy v\u00ed, kde a co p\u0159esn\u011b postav\u00ed nad zem\u00ed, dal\u0161\u00ed blokace rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch \u00fazem\u00ed v okol\u00ed nov\u00fdch stanic by zbyte\u010dn\u011b brzdila dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj m\u011bsta a bez pr\u00e1vn\u00edho d\u016fvodu omezovala vlastnick\u00e1 pr\u00e1va majitel\u016f sousedn\u00edch pozemk\u016f, mezi nimi\u017e je mimochodem i samotn\u00e9 m\u011bsto. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>V\u011bt\u0161ina stavebn\u00edch uz\u00e1v\u011br pro trasu metra D byla platn\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e dvacet let. Tady je vid\u011bt, jak dlouho jsou dopravn\u00ed stavby p\u0159ipravov\u00e1ny, co\u017e odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed i stav sou\u010dasn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed legislativy. Te\u010f se kone\u010dn\u011b za\u010dalo v\u00a0podzem\u00ed kutat a my m\u016f\u017eeme s\u00a0\u010dist\u00fdm sv\u011bdom\u00edm p\u0159estat blokovat rozvoj m\u011bsta na povrchu. Metro je siln\u00fd m\u011bstotvorn\u00fd prvek a j\u00e1 se t\u011b\u0161\u00edm na nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti, kter\u00e9 kolem jeho stanic vyrostou. Bez toho by tak ob\u0159\u00ed investice ani ned\u00e1vala smysl. Metro je neskute\u010dn\u011b siln\u00fdm impulsem pro m\u011bsto kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed, kde byste m\u011bli m\u00edt v\u00a0doch\u00e1zkov\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti v\u0161echno, co pot\u0159ebujete, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se pohodln\u011b a rychle dopravit tam, kam ve m\u011bst\u011b pot\u0159ebujete a nemus\u00edte p\u0159itom \u0161l\u00e1pnout do ped\u00e1l\u016f,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek<\/strong>, prvn\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bstek pra\u017esk\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj.<\/p>\n<p>Podle <strong>Adama Scheinherra<\/strong>, n\u00e1m\u011bstka prim\u00e1tora pro oblast dopravy, je m\u011bsto kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed jedin\u00e1 cesta k\u00a0trvale udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 doprav\u011b i rozvoji.<em> \u201eM\u00e1m velkou radost, \u017ee se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo zah\u00e1jit stavbu metra D. D\u00edky tomu m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 doj\u00edt k\u00a0sejmut\u00ed stavebn\u00edch uz\u00e1v\u011br. Metro D je stavba dek\u00e1dy, jedna z\u00a0nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch investic v\u00a0Praze i cel\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, a uz\u00e1v\u011bry ji doposud chr\u00e1nily. V\u00a0moment\u011b, kdy m\u00e1me stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed a metro samotn\u00e9 stav\u00edme, nen\u00ed u\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd d\u016fvod uz\u00e1v\u011bry zachov\u00e1vat. M\u016f\u017eeme tak plynule nav\u00e1zat na rozvoj v\u00a0jeho okol\u00ed,\u201c <\/em>uv\u00e1d\u00ed Scheinherr.<\/p>\n<p>Nikdo se z\u00e1rove\u0148 nemus\u00ed b\u00e1t bezb\u0159eh\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby bez mantinel\u016f v\u00a0okol\u00ed nov\u00fdch stanic. \u201e<em>Zat\u00edmco se projektanti a stavebn\u00ed firmy soust\u0159edily \u201ena\u00a0podzem\u00ed\u201c, my jsme pracovali nad nimi. S\u00a0majiteli pozemk\u016f jsme p\u0159ipravovali urbanistick\u00e9 a \u00fazemn\u00ed studie a zm\u011bny \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu tak, aby nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti d\u00e1valy hlavu a patu, mluvily s\u00a0okoln\u00ed v\u00fdstavbou, myslely na ve\u0159ejnou vybavenost a rozhodn\u011b nezapomn\u011bly na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a parky,\u201c <\/em>doplnil<strong> Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek<\/strong>. Koncepty nov\u00fdch \u010dtvrt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou metra vzniknou, se brzy chyst\u00e1 n\u00e1m\u011bstek Hlav\u00e1\u010dek p\u0159edstavit m\u00e9di\u00edm a ve\u0159ejnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Velk\u00e1 pozornost bude v\u011bnov\u00e1na lokalit\u011b Nov\u00e9 Dvory, kde zna\u010dnou \u010d\u00e1st pozemk\u016f vlastn\u00ed m\u011bsto a pl\u00e1nuje tu mimo jin\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed bytovou v\u00fdstavbu. <em>\u201eNov\u00e9 Dvory jsou jedna z\u00a0m\u00e1la p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed, kdy se mohla Praha zachovat po vzoru z\u00e1padn\u00edch m\u011bst typu Hamburk, kter\u00e9 d\u00edky dr\u017eb\u011b pozemk\u016f sebev\u011bdom\u011b rozhoduj\u00ed o tom, jak bude development cel\u00fdch \u010dtvrt\u00ed vypadat a pak teprve navazuj\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0developery a investory,\u201c <\/em>dod\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>Petr Urb\u00e1nek<\/strong>, \u0159editel Pra\u017esk\u00e9 developersk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.
