M\u011bstsk\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00ed byty V Botanice budou ur\u010den\u00e9 pro preferovan\u00e9 profese, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed chod a slu\u017eby m\u011bsta nebo matky samo\u017eivitelky. V p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed domu budou obchody a slu\u017eby,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek<\/strong>, prvn\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hl. m. Prahy pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eModern\u00ed bytov\u00fd d\u016fm podle n\u00e1vrhu Atelieru bod architekti v\u00fdborn\u011b zapad\u00e1 do historizuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1stavby okolo sm\u00edchovsk\u00e9 Portheimky. Navazuje na ni svou v\u00fd\u0161kou (d\u016fm m\u00e1 \u0161est pater + jedno ustupuj\u00edc\u00ed) a materi\u00e1lov\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm fas\u00e1dy a spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor (keramick\u00e9 obklady, \u0161tukov\u00e9 om\u00edtky a d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e1 okna). Sout\u011b\u017e se \u0159\u00eddila z\u00e1sadami odpov\u011bdn\u00e9ho ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, k nim\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed Politika architektury a stavebn\u00ed kultury \u010cR (MMR, 2015), Davosk\u00e1 deklarace (2018) a Zad\u00e1n\u00ed investora pro m\u011bstskou bytovou v\u00fdstavbu (IPR + PDS, 2020). Byla organizovan\u00e1 podle z\u00e1sad \u010cesk\u00e9 komory architekt\u016f ve spolupr\u00e1ci se spole\u010dnost\u00ed CBArchitektura. Sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy byly posuzov\u00e1ny z\u00a0t\u011bchto hledisek: urbanistick\u00e9 a architektonick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, pozitivn\u00ed vliv na okoln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, soulad s\u00a0charakterem lokality, funk\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, energeticko-provozn\u00ed hospod\u00e1rnost.<\/p>\n<p>Ceny a n\u00e1hrady v\u00fdloh v\u00a0sout\u011b\u017ei jsou stanoveny na 1,9 mil.
