Jedn\u00e1 se o \u010desk\u00e1 i zahrani\u010dn\u00ed studia: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/phap.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Pavel Hnili\u010dka Architects+Planners<\/strong><\/a><strong> ve spojen\u00ed s Baumschlager Eberle Architekten (\u010cR+AT), <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/d3a.cz\/cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>D3A<\/strong><\/a><strong> (\u010cR), <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.heriundsalli.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>heri&amp;salli<\/strong><\/a><strong> (AT), <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adept.dk\/projects\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ADEPT<\/strong><\/a><strong> ve spojen\u00ed s ohboi (DK+\u010cR), <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.arch.cz\/kuba.pilar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Kuba &amp; Pila\u0159 architekti<\/strong><\/a><strong> (\u010cR).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Jednotliv\u00e9 t\u00fdmy zpracuj\u00ed a do 10. \u0159\u00edjna odevzdaj\u00ed sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy, kter\u00e9 odborn\u00e1 porota posoud\u00ed<br \/>\na ur\u010d\u00ed v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 po\u0159ad\u00ed. V\u00fdsledky architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee budou ozn\u00e1meny v listopadu 2022.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eProm\u011bnu vr\u0161ovick\u00e9 Bohemky odstartuje v\u00fdstavba domu s\u00a0n\u00e1jemn\u00edm bydlen\u00edm, kter\u00fd ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0Prahou 10 p\u0159ipravujeme v\u00a0m\u00edst\u011b dne\u0161n\u00edho parkovi\u0161t\u011b u fotbalov\u00e9ho stadionu. M\u011bstsk\u00e9 byty budou ur\u010deny pro profese d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro m\u011bsto, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad u\u010ditel\u00e9, a pro k\u0159ehk\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed skupiny jako jsou matky samo\u017eivitelky nebo osam\u011bl\u00ed senio\u0159i. Vzniknout by zde m\u011blo a\u017e 140 n\u00e1jemn\u00edch byt\u016f. P\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed dopln\u00ed \u017eiv\u00fd parter s obchody a slu\u017ebami. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed prom\u011bny tohoto \u00fazem\u00ed bude i \u00faprava okol\u00ed Boti\u010de<br \/>\na jeho b\u0159eh\u016f tak, aby zde pro Pra\u017eany vznikla p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 rekrea\u010dn\u00ed z\u00f3na,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek<\/strong>, prvn\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hl. m. Prahy pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj. \u00a0\u00a0<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eT\u011b\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1s, \u017ee se do t\u00e9to architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee p\u0159ihl\u00e1silo 47 architektonick\u00fdch studi\u00ed, z\u00a0nich\u017e odborn\u00e1 porota vybrala 5, kter\u00e1 postupuj\u00ed do u\u017e\u0161\u00edho kola. Jsme zv\u011bdav\u00ed, jak jednotliv\u00e9 ateli\u00e9ry napln\u00ed zad\u00e1n\u00ed<br \/>\na jak\u00e1 budou \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed jak pro bytov\u00fd d\u016fm, tak jeho okol\u00ed,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Petr Urb\u00e1nek<\/strong>, \u0159editel PDS, a dopl\u0148uje:<em> \u201earchitektonickou sout\u011b\u017e vyp\u00ed\u0161eme tak\u00e9 na rekonstrukci fotbalov\u00e9ho stadionu a v\u00fdstavbu nov\u00e9 sportovn\u00ed haly v\u00a0P\u0159\u00edpoto\u010dn\u00ed ulici. Koordinovan\u00e1 projektov\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edprava je pro \u00fasp\u011bch cel\u00e9ho z\u00e1m\u011bru v\u00a0t\u00e9to lokalit\u011b nezbytn\u00e1.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u201ePro M\u010c Praha 10 se jedn\u00e1 o kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 m\u00edsto budouc\u00edho polyfunk\u010dn\u00edho rozvoje lokality. Na dnes nevyu\u017eit\u00fd potenci\u00e1l \u0159e\u0161en\u00e9ho prostoru c\u00edl\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 i dva koncep\u010dn\u00ed dokumenty m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti \u2013 Generel ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prostranstv\u00ed a Urbanistick\u00e1 studie Boti\u010d. Oba jsou nyn\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edm podkladem zad\u00e1vac\u00ed dokumentace architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Martin Valovi\u010d<\/strong>, m\u00edstostarosta M\u010c Praha 10 pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj<em>. \u201eBy\u0165 se \u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed i zad\u00e1n\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee na prvn\u00ed pohled nezd\u00e1 slo\u017eit\u00e9, bude p\u0159i n\u00e1vrhu nutn\u00e9 prok\u00e1zat nejen architektonick\u00fd cit pro detail samotn\u00e9ho domu, ale tak\u00e9 urbanistick\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s\u00a0navrhov\u00e1n\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159ilehl\u00e9ho ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho prostoru ve vazb\u011b na okoln\u00ed stabilizovanou m\u011bstskou z\u00e1stavbu,\u201c,<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>Martin Valovi\u010d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ei Bytov\u00fd d\u016fm Vr\u0161ovick\u00e1:\u00a0 <\/strong><br \/>\nSout\u011b\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy budou hodnoceny z t\u011bchto hledisek: urbanistick\u00e9 a architektonick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, pozitivn\u00ed vliv na okoln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, soulad s charakterem lokality, funk\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, energeticko-provozn\u00ed hospod\u00e1rnost.<br \/>\nSout\u011b\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy budou odborn\u00e9 porot\u011b p\u0159edlo\u017eeny do 10. \u0159\u00edjna. V\u00fdsledky architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee budou ozn\u00e1meny na za\u010d\u00e1tku listopadu 2022.<br \/>\nV\u0161echna v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee vypisovan\u00e9 PDS se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed z\u00e1sadami odpov\u011bdn\u00e9ho ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, k nim\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed Politika architektury a stavebn\u00ed kultury \u010cR (MMR, 2015), Davosk\u00e1 deklarace (2018) a Zad\u00e1n\u00ed investora pro m\u011bstskou bytovou v\u00fdstavbu (IPR + PDS, 2020).<br \/>\nCeny a n\u00e1hrady v\u00fdloh v sout\u011b\u017ei jsou stanoveny na 3 mil.
