V\u00a0leto\u0161n\u00edm roce bude pro \u00fazem\u00ed o rozloze 63\u00a0000 m<sup>2<\/sup> pod veden\u00edm PDS p\u0159ipraven tzv. masterplan, kter\u00fd se stane podkladem pro architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee a v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na jednotliv\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti tohoto projektu m\u011bstsk\u00e9 bytov\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby. Jejich \u00fa\u010delem bude zajistit zpracovatele dokumentac\u00ed pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed a stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed. Vlastn\u00ed realizaci projektu Beranka Horn\u00ed Po\u010dernice PDS p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u00a0letech 2025 \u2013 2030. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u201eProjekt Beranka na v\u00fdchodn\u00edm okraji Prahy v\u00a0Horn\u00edch Po\u010dernic\u00edch umo\u017e\u0148uje vytvo\u0159it cca 300 nov\u00fdch bytov\u00fdch jednotek dostupn\u00e9ho m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed a ob\u010danskou vybavenost v\u00a0podob\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly pro 540 d\u011bt\u00ed a sportovn\u00edho are\u00e1lu. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b v\u00fdstavbu n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00edch bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f podle urbanistick\u00e9ho konceptu low-rise high density, kter\u00fd nav\u00e1\u017ee na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1stavbu v\u00a0Horn\u00edch Po\u010dernic\u00edch,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek<\/strong>, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hl. m. Prahy pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eDostupn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed a navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed bytov\u00e9ho fondu je jednou z\u00a0na\u0161ich priorit. V\u011bt\u0161ina metropol\u00ed se pot\u00fdk\u00e1 s nedostatkem byt\u016f, resp. s\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed popt\u00e1vkou ne\u017e je nab\u00eddka. Logicky je to z\u00a0d\u016fvod\u016f atraktivity hlavn\u00edch m\u011bst, kde je dostatek pracovn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed, vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch instituc\u00ed, kulturn\u00edho vy\u017eit\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdhod. Sna\u017e\u00edme se ale hledat v\u0161echny alternativy a mo\u017enosti pro navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed po\u010dtu n\u00e1jemn\u00edch byt\u016f pro Pra\u017eany, jsem proto moc r\u00e1da i za tento projekt,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 n\u00e1m\u011bstkyn\u011b prim\u00e1tora hl. m. Prahy pro soci\u00e1ln\u00ed oblast, zdravotnictv\u00ed a bytovou politiku <strong>Alexandra Ud\u017eenija<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201ePDS v\u00a0roce 2023 zpracuje pro lokalitu tzv. masterplan, kter\u00fd rozvrhne novou v\u00fdstavbu a rozd\u011bl\u00ed ji na vhodn\u00e9 realiza\u010dn\u00ed celky. N\u00e1sledn\u011b vyhl\u00e1s\u00ed architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee nebo v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na dodavatele jednotliv\u00fdch projektov\u00fdch dokumentac\u00ed pro \u00fazemn\u00ed a stavebn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Realizace cel\u00e9ho projektu Beranka Horn\u00ed Po\u010dernice se podle postupu povolovac\u00edho procesu p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u00a0letech 2025 &#8211; 2030,\u201c<\/em> uzav\u00edr\u00e1 <strong>Petr Urb\u00e1nek<\/strong>, \u0159editel PDS.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto v\u00a0r\u00e1mci tohoto projektu vych\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u011b vst\u0159\u00edc po\u017eadavku m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha 20 na v\u00fdstavbu z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly a do p\u016fvodn\u011b ryze reziden\u010dn\u00edho projektu Beranka ji navrhuje.
