Prahy na dne\u0161n\u00edm jedn\u00e1n\u00ed schv\u00e1lili z\u00e1m\u011br vypsat v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na dodavatele, kter\u00e9mu bude sv\u011b\u0159ena transformace nedostav\u011bn\u00e9ho torza radni\u010dn\u00ed budovy Prahy 8. Centrum Nov\u00e1 Palmovka se stane nov\u00fdm centrem evropsk\u00e9ho kosmick\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu. Hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto tento projekt p\u0159ipravuje pro Ministerstva dopravy a financ\u00ed a s t\u011bmito ministerstvy intenzivn\u011b spolupracuje.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Praha v minulosti podepsala s agenturou pro kosmick\u00fd program hostitelskou dohodu, na jej\u00edm\u017e z\u00e1klad\u011b nyn\u00ed EUSPA s\u00eddl\u00ed v prostor\u00e1ch na Vltavsk\u00e9. V roce 2021 byla projektovou p\u0159\u00edpravou nov\u00e9ho s\u00eddla na m\u011bstsk\u00fdch pozemc\u00edch na Palmovce pov\u011b\u0159ena Pra\u017esk\u00e1 developersk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost (PDS), kter\u00e1 v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm obdob\u00ed spolupracovala na tvorb\u011b smluvn\u00ed dokumentace k budouc\u00ed dohod\u011b. V roce 2022 byla uzav\u0159ena smlouva o budouc\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouv\u011b na vyu\u017eit\u00ed Centra Nov\u00e1 Palmovka pro Evropskou agenturu pro kosmick\u00fd program (EUSPA) mezi hlavn\u00edm m\u011bstem Prahou a Ministerstvem financ\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee n\u00e1jemn\u00ed vztah bude trvat 25 let. Pra\u017esk\u00e1 developersk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost p\u0159ipravila technick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky k vyps\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na ve\u0159ejnou zak\u00e1zku.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eSchv\u00e1len\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm krokem vp\u0159ed z n\u011bkolika d\u016fvod\u016f. L\u00e9ta rozestav\u011bn\u00fd are\u00e1l na Palmovce kone\u010dn\u011b najde pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed. Pro hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto pak bude nov\u00e9 s\u00eddlo Evropsk\u00e9 agentury pro kosmick\u00fd program znamenat nejen roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed aktivit t\u00e9to v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 instituce a r\u016fst presti\u017ee Prahy, ale i \u0159adu dal\u0161\u00edch ekonomick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> hodnot\u00ed <strong>Bohuslav Svoboda<\/strong>, prim\u00e1tor hl. m. Prahy.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 zak\u00e1zka bude v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b schv\u00e1len\u00ed zastupitelstvem zad\u00e1na formou tzv. Design &amp; Build. Transformace objektu se tak bude skl\u00e1dat ze t\u0159\u00ed krok\u016f: stavebn\u00ed realizaci dostavby st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed administrativn\u00ed budovy, projektov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed objektu pot\u0159eb\u00e1m EUSPA (tzv. fit-out administrativn\u00ed budovy) a souvisej\u00edc\u00edch povolen\u00ed a na n\u00ed navazuj\u00edc\u00ed stavebn\u00ed realizaci fit-outu.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eV r\u00e1mci v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u00e1me v pl\u00e1nu naj\u00edt jednoho zku\u0161en\u00e9ho dodavatele pro projektovou i realiza\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st transformace Centra Nov\u00e1 Palmovka. T\u00edm napom\u016f\u017eeme prov\u00e1zanosti a efektivit\u011b cel\u00e9ho procesu a EUSPA bude moci vyu\u017e\u00edt s\u00eddlo co nejd\u0159\u00edve vzhledem ke smluv\u00edm z\u00e1vazk\u016fm ze strany m\u011bsta. Stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce by m\u011bly za\u010d\u00edt ji\u017e zkraje p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho roku,\u201c<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed <strong>Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek<\/strong>, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora za \u00fazemn\u00ed a strategick\u00fd rozvoj.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto Praha schvaluje z\u00e1m\u011br vybrat dodavatele, kter\u00fd ve\u0161ker\u00e9 pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 aktivity a stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce zajist\u00ed tak, aby byla napln\u011bna dohoda v\u0161ech stran a EUSPA se mohla v Praze pln\u011b rozv\u00edjet. N\u00e1klady t\u00e9to celoevropsky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 stavby se budou bl\u00ed\u017eit 2 miliard\u00e1m korun, ov\u0161em efekt pro hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed m\u011bsta a cel\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky by m\u011bl tuto investici v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u010dase z\u00faro\u010dit,\u201d<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Zden\u011bk Kov\u00e1\u0159\u00edk<\/strong>, radn\u00ed hl. m. Prahy pro oblast rozpo\u010dtu.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eD\u00edky aktivn\u00edmu p\u0159\u00edstupu PDS ke sv\u011b\u0159en\u00e9mu m\u011bstsk\u00e9mu nemovit\u00e9mu majetku lze kvalifikovan\u011b odhadovat, \u017ee jen v roce 2022 se zv\u00fd\u0161ila tr\u017en\u00ed hodnota nemovitost\u00ed na Palmovce (Centrum Nov\u00e1 Palmovka) v \u0159\u00e1du vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch stovek milion\u016f korun.
