Studie definuje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ekonomicky efektivn\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed pozemk\u016f v\u00a0majetku hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta v\u00a0n\u00e1vaznosti na\u00a0 kl\u00ed\u010dovou m\u011bstskou infrastrukturn\u00ed investic\u00ed \u2013 linku metra D A novou stanici Nov\u00e9 Dvory<\/li>\n<li>strukturu dostupn\u00e9ho m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed \u0161kol a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 vybavenosti,<\/li>\n<li>syst\u00e9m ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prostranstv\u00ed a zelen\u011b,<\/li>\n<li>propojen\u00ed bydlen\u00ed, pr\u00e1ce a slu\u017eeb v principu m\u011bsta kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Doln\u00ed Po\u010dernice: zahradn\u00ed m\u011bsto 21. stolet\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V Doln\u00edch Po\u010dernic\u00edch PDS p\u0159ipravuje m\u011bstskou \u010dtvr\u0165 koncipovanou jako modern\u00ed zahradn\u00ed m\u011bsto.
