C\u00edlem obou architektonick\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed, organizovan\u00fdch v souladu se Z\u00e1konem o zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch zak\u00e1zek a Sout\u011b\u017en\u00edm \u0159\u00e1dem \u010cesk\u00e9 komory architekt\u016f, je vybrat nejlep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy dvou m\u011bstsk\u00fdch blok\u016f podle princip\u016f \u00fazemn\u00ed studie Nov\u00e9 Dvory. \u017d\u00e1dost o \u00fa\u010dast v architektonick\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00edch je mo\u017en\u00e9 podat do 11. kv\u011btna 2026. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b odborn\u00e9 kvalifikace bude maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 15 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f vyzv\u00e1no, aby do 24. \u010dervence p\u0159edlo\u017eili sv\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy. Ty budou n\u00e1sledn\u011b posuzov\u00e1ny odbornou porotou anonymn\u011b podle architektonick\u00e9, urbanistick\u00e9, ekonomick\u00e9 i environment\u00e1ln\u00ed kvality. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky obou architektonick\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed budou vyhl\u00e1\u0161eny v srpnu 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hl. m. Prahy pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u201ePraha na Nov\u00fdch Dvorech disponuje rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdmi pozemky v sousedstv\u00ed budouc\u00ed stanice metra a nejlep\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro danou lokalitu je vznik nov\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010dtvrti s dostupn\u00fdm bydlen\u00edm, ob\u010danskou vybavenost\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b \u0161kol, komunitn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, sportovi\u0161\u0165 a zelen\u011b. Ji\u017e v roce 2019 p\u0159ipravila skupina odborn\u00edk\u016f budouc\u00ed PDS v\u00a0r\u00e1mci Institutu pro pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a rozvoj hl. m. Prahy (IPR) n\u00e1vrh zm\u011bny \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, kter\u00fd umo\u017enil zah\u00e1jit systematickou p\u0159\u00edpravu nov\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010dtvrti. Paraleln\u011b vznikla \u00dazemn\u00ed studie Nov\u00e9 Dvory, zpracovan\u00e1 studiem UNIT architekti\u00a0pro Odbor \u00fazemn\u00edho rozvoje Magistr\u00e1tu hl. m. Prahy. Studie byla projedn\u00e1na s m\u011bstsk\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1stmi Praha 4 a Praha 12, p\u0159edstavena ve\u0159ejnosti v r\u00e1mci participace a v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2022 schv\u00e1lena. P\u0159edstavuje spole\u010denskou dohodu o\u00a0budouc\u00ed podob\u011b \u00fazem\u00ed a koncep\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro jeho dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj.<br \/>\nNa schv\u00e1lenou \u00fazemn\u00ed studii nav\u00e1zala zm\u011bna \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, kterou Zastupitelstvo hl. m. Prahy schv\u00e1lilo v kv\u011btnu 2024. T\u00edm se otev\u0159el potenci\u00e1l pro p\u0159\u00edpravu komplexn\u00edho m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho developmentu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 do\u0161lo k v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu zhodnocen\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00fdch pozemk\u016f. V roce 2025 n\u00e1sledn\u011b Rada hl. m.
