Petr Urbánek
Petr Urbánek has been active in the real estate market for 30 years. As a managing director of the Czech branch of Europolis, a development company, between 2001 and 2010 he was involved in the genesis and development of the River City Prague in Karlín. He was also a sales director of Hochtief Development, Czech Republic and a member of the expert committee at the REICO, an investment company of Česká spořitelna.
In October 2020 he was appointed a managing director of Pražská developerská společnost and he is in charge of land-development, i.e. preparation of more than 400,000 sqm of land intended for the development of 6,000 – 8,000 municipal rentals flats.
Martin Červinka
Martin Červinka has been dealing with real estate since 2003 from an economic and demographic perspective. He is a researcher at the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies where he focuses on the issue of affordable housing. He is a member of an advisory team of doc. ing. arch. Petr Hlaváček, first deputy mayor of the City of Prague, where he is responsible for territorial development and the urban development plan.
Since 2019 he has been participating in the preparation of Pražská developerská společnost and since October 2020 he has been in its management together with Per Hlaváček.
